For one week, our Brazil leadership team stepped away from video calls and online meetings to experience something far more valuable: seeing our operations, products, and people up close.
From manufacturing facilities and product testing labs to development centers and construction sites, the visit offered a firsthand look at how different parts of Lucent Life work together to bring ideas to life.
More importantly, it reminded us that behind every product is a network of people, processes, and partnerships that often go unseen.

Seeing Storage Solutions Beyond the Shelf
The journey began with Smart Storage, one of Lucent Life's home organization brands.
At first glance, storage products seem simple. A rack, a shelf, a drawer organizer—products people use every day without giving them much thought. But walking through the factory tells a different story.
The Brazil team spent time learning about production workflows, product development projects, and the thinking behind new product launches. Conversations quickly moved beyond manufacturing and into market behavior, customer preferences, and regional differences.
What works in one market does not always work in another. Understanding those differences is often where better products begin.
The visit created an opportunity for teams on opposite sides of the world to exchange ideas and align on future opportunities, particularly as demand for practical home organization solutions continues to grow.
Where Product Quality Is Put to the Test
The next stop was Casa Verve, Lucent Life's small appliance brand.
While consumers typically see the finished product, the team was able to see everything that happens before a product ever reaches a customer's home.
Inside the production facility, discussions focused on manufacturing processes and quality management systems. But one area attracted particular attention—the testing laboratory.
Watching products go through repeated testing offers a different perspective on manufacturing. Every test, adjustment, and evaluation serves the same purpose: ensuring that products perform consistently and reliably in real-world use.
The visit also included a tour of Lucent Life's new small appliance production base, currently under construction and expected to begin operations later this year.

Standing inside a facility that is still taking shape creates a unique feeling. It is a reminder that growth is not just reflected in today's operations, but also in the investments being made for tomorrow.

Building Connections Beyond Meetings
Not every meaningful conversation happened inside a factory.
After several days of site visits and business discussions, the team stepped onto the pickleball court for a team-building activity that quickly became one of the highlights of the trip.
There were no presentations, no reports, and no meeting agendas—just people enjoying a game together.
Moments like these matter more than they may appear. Strong collaboration is built on trust, and trust is often built outside formal meeting rooms.
Later, the group visited Chikan Ancient Town, where history, culture, and local performances provided a different kind of learning experience.
For many international teams, understanding a market is not only about understanding products and consumers. It is also about understanding the people and culture behind them.
Inside One of Our Fastest-Growing Categories
The next stop brought the team to the PurrMe Product Development Center.
The pet products industry continues to evolve rapidly, creating both new opportunities and new challenges for brands around the world. As consumer expectations shift and trends emerge faster than ever, speed and collaboration have become essential parts of the product development process.
During the visit, the team explored sample development, product design concepts, manufacturing considerations, and channel planning strategies.
What stood out most was the pace.
Ideas moved quickly from discussion to prototype. Product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and market planning teams worked closely together, shortening the distance between concept and execution. In a category shaped by constantly changing consumer preferences, the ability to respond quickly is often one of the biggest competitive advantages a company can have.

Building a Brand Around Sustainable Living
The journey then continued to Ecoza, a brand preparing for its global launch.
Unlike category-driven brands, Ecoza is being built around a broader vision of sustainable living. The team gained insight into how designers and manufacturing partners work together to create products that balance functionality, aesthetics, and responsible material choices.
From product appearance to material selection, every detail reflects the brand's commitment to thoughtful design and a more sustainable lifestyle. As Ecoza prepares to enter international markets, it represents another step in Lucent Life's efforts to create products that align with the evolving values of modern consumers.
Expanding Opportunities Through Artiq
The final business stop of the trip brought the team to Artiq.
With Artiq's charging cable category already launched in the Brazil market, discussions focused on the next stage of growth. Teams reviewed market opportunities, shared customer feedback, and explored strategies for expanding the category through a new generation of products designed to deliver stronger cost advantages while maintaining quality and performance.
Rather than focusing solely on product specifications, conversations centered on execution—how development, manufacturing, and market teams can work together to move quickly and capture new opportunities in a highly competitive category.
The discussions reflected a theme that had appeared throughout the week: strong products are built through close collaboration, clear execution, and a shared commitment to long-term growth.
More Than a Factory Tour
Looking back, the week was never really about visiting factories. It was about seeing how different parts of Lucent Life connect. It was about understanding how products are developed, how quality is maintained, how new facilities are preparing for future growth, and how teams across markets contribute to the same vision.
Across Smart Storage, Casa Verve, PurrMe, Ecoza, and Artiq, one thing became clear: successful products are not created by individual departments working alone. They are built through collaboration between people with different expertise, perspectives, and experiences.
From product development and quality management to future expansion and market execution, the visit showed that good products do not happen by chance. They come from people who take the work seriously, stay accountable, and keep moving toward the same goal.
As Lucent Life continues to grow across global markets, we hope to build partnerships with people and teams who share our values and long-term mindset. When values are aligned, collaboration becomes stronger, and the platform we build together becomes more meaningful.
At the end of the day, products may be what customers see. But what truly drives Lucent Life forward is the people behind them—their attention to detail, their sense of responsibility, and their commitment to building something lasting together.
